Complaint & Grievances Redressal System
Grievance Redressal is a management- and governance-related process used in all the Government/Semi Government/PSU/Sate Government/ Departments in India. While the term "Grievance Redressal" primarily covers the receipt and processing of complaints from employees, citizens and consumers, a wider definition includes actions taken on any issue raised by them to avail services more effectively.
Grievance Redressal typically covers the following types of complaints:
- 1. Service Unavailability
- 2. Non-Delivery against Commitment
- 3. Excessive Delays
- 4. Injustice concerns (such as over race, caste, sex)
- 5. Staff Misbehavior
- 6. Malpractice
